I’m a physiotherapist and movement trainer. I've always been drawn to the study of the human body, movement and psychology and how they impact and influence one another! I want to meet you where you are at in your wellness journey and create a plan with you using movement and a variety of treatment styles.
I understand how hard it is to navigate one’s own rehab journey. My mission is to help make this a smoother process for you! I want you to feel supported and have clarity and understanding of what you can do.

- Who want extra attention to detail in treatment while they are dealing with acute or ongoing injuries. 
- Having an interest and willingness to put time into learning how to move their body’s through their ongoing injuries, pain &/or movement restrictions.
