Wellness Retreats in Ontario: Nature Immersion, Somatic Healing & Nervous System Support

These small-group wellness retreats are held at nature sanctuaries within 1.5 hours of Toronto, Ontario, and are led by a registered physiotherapist and retreat facilitator. Each retreat combines evidence-informed somatic practices — including breathwork, craniosacral therapy, sound healing, and mindful movement — with nature immersion to support nervous system regulation, embodied healing, and authentic human connection. Retreats are intentionally small to preserve intimacy and depth.

Stillness on the Ridge

A 3-Day Quiet Nature Retreat with Mel Cundari, October 16-18th 2026

This retreat is focused around deep relaxation & down regulating the nervous system. If you are looking for more quiet time & really like the idea of slowing time down for a weekend - then this is for you!!

Check in starts on Friday at 3pm. Check out is Sunday after 12 pm, with options to relax and stay longer.

Tickets include accommodation, nourishing meals, and all retreat sessions.

This retreat may be for you if:

Mel is a physiotherapist, movement trainer & soundbath and breathwork facilitator. She loves slowing down time in nature and sharing spaces with others.
