Wellness Retreats in Ontario: Nature Immersion, Somatic Healing & Nervous System Support
These small-group wellness retreats are held at nature sanctuaries within 1.5 hours of Toronto, Ontario, and are led by a registered physiotherapist and retreat facilitator. Each retreat combines evidence-informed somatic practices — including breathwork, craniosacral therapy, sound healing, and mindful movement — with nature immersion to support nervous system regulation, embodied healing, and authentic human connection. Retreats are intentionally small to preserve intimacy and depth.

A 3-Day Nature Immersion
May 29 – 31 2026
This retreat is an invitation to step out of the noise of daily life and return to something essential.
Over three days, we’ll gather in a soulful field of curiosity, presence, and shared humanity. Nature will be a guide, while embodied practices support insight, integration, and meaningful inner shifts.
You may feel drawn to this retreat if…
• you’ve been “working on yourself,” yet still feel fear quietly directing your choices
• meditation or spiritual practice hasn’t fully translated into daily life
• you sense a deeper version of yourself wanting to emerge
• you feel ready to reconnect with joy, trust, and vitality
• you long for authentic connection and meaningful community
You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Even if you arrive not knowing anyone, the way we gather naturally creates warmth, safety, and a sense of companionship.
Throughout the weekend you’ll experience
• Nature immersions
• Breathwork
• Earth-based ritual
• Mindful movement
• Somatic practices
• Sound healing
• Conscious dance
• Reflective writing
• Group coaching and integration circles
Each offering is optional — you’ll always be encouraged to listen to your own rhythm and needs.
