Throughout the weekend you’ll experience

 • Nature immersions
• Breathwork
• Earth-based ritual
• Mindful movement
• Somatic practices
• Sound healing

  • "From my very first session with Melanie, she was able to pinpoint the underlying cause of my injury and start getting to work on it immediately - I’ve looked forward to every session since! Melanie always brings a deep knowledge as well as elements of fun to my treatment and exercise plans. She’s super adaptable, and is always open to listening to my feedback and adjusting as needed. Truly I think Melanie can fix anything! The difference between when I started seeing her and now is remarkable.”

  • “I have been a personal trainer for over twenty years. As such, I have worked with many physiotherapists. Melanie stands out as one of the best practitioners I have had the pleasure of working with. I never hesitate to refer a client to Melanie. In fact, I get excited to refer people because I know that Melanie will connect with me and communicate so we can offer collaborate care! Also, I trust her with my body. She helped me recover from a pesky right hip injury in 2020. Melanie is personable, highly professional and dedicated to continuing education.”

    — Kathleen T.

  • " Melanie has been my physiotherapist for over four years. She has helped me through a broken wrist, a sprained ankle, and sore achy hips. When I'm not seeing Melanie for an acute or chronic issue, I make sure to see her once or twice a month for "preventative" therapy to keep myself agile as I age. Melanie knows her stuff! She is vastly bright and science based, yet incredibly intuitive as well. She takes her profession seriously and is often taking courses to continue to deliver the very best to her clients. Melanie is one of the most compassionate and empathetic people I know, which gives me and others an instant calm when in her presence. She truly cares. I can't say enough great things about Melanie as she embodies the perfect balance of an accomplished, experienced physiotherapist, and a warm-hearted person. "

  • “Melanie is truly the best of the best! I started seeing Melanie about three years ago when I could barely walk as a result of a running injury. Not only did she get me back to walking, but to half-marathon racing and she continues to save the day with any injury or physical issue that I am faced with. Melanie is the most compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated practitioner there is - always going above and beyond to see that complete recovery and wellness is achieved for her clients. I am incredibly grateful to be under her care!”
